Interested in renting an apartment at Urban Exchange? Start by filling out an application. Urban Exchange Lease Application After your application has been approved, we can finalize the condo that you will rent, and other lease terms such as start/end dates, price, deposits, etc. The application fee must be paid by check, money order or cashiers check. Pets are permitted on the 1st floor only, with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet fee.
